  1. After Koh Phangan, I went to Canggu and stayed there for 3 months and now I am moving there in 3 months. It all started when I stumbled upon your videos. I am very grateful and hope to catch up with you someday. 🤸‍♀️ Tribal become my second home❤

  2. Hey man! I remember when you did your first Bali video. You can really see the growth in you on camera. You’ve gotten so much better and killing it. Good gob👏🏾

  3. Excellent video as always. I have a question about something you dont talk about often. How would you describe the dating scene in Bali for us holistic dudes? Are there mostly Australian girls? How are the Asian girls there?

  4. Canggu is like a theme park. It's super convenient, you have all the variety in terms of food that you could dream of. There is lots to do and many people to meet. However, in my opinion it's only great for a while and after some time it's sickening because you'll see through the facade and notice all the things that are terribly messed up. Basically, it's only a theme park for foreigners where most locals can't afford to live, eat anymore due to the rent and restaurant prices being really high (relatively speaking). Locals are only there as servants. Additionally, albeit being convenient to only use English it's a shame that many foreigners who live there long term do not learn Indonesian. How can someone say their home is Bali without knowing the official language of the country? Canggu is by far the most unauthentic and twisted place that I know. So for everyone considering moving to Bali long term please don't get stuck in Canggu and try to learn the language.

  5. I'm going to Canggu and Ubud in October. My first time to Bali. I've used your videos, and others', to check out which locations seem good to stay in. I still don't really know what I want to do when I'm there haha but I just wanted to give it a try since I've worked remotely full time for years but never tried to travel while doing it.

  6. Traffic made my vacation a nightmare! Wherever you stay just make sure it's nearby some of the places you want to visit. Bali is beautiful but overrun with tourists. If you go stay away from peak season and don't stay in Kuta.

  7. Great videos, can not wait to visit South East Asia the next years. But, how about some info about getting there? Greetings from Oslo/Norway.

  8. I'm in Canggu last couple of weeks as well. There is no better island in the world. If you stay around Canggu & use 2 wheels traffic never a problem

  9. Protein smoothies 12 AUD is more expensive than Sydney… the gym you went to is 45 AUD single day entry… double the price if a gym in Sydney. 😅

  10. Glad to see that Chris is still around. He inspired me a lot for my career as a shopify dev – i’m full time dev now and can work remotely 👋

  11. When someone says Pererenan is chill and not much traffic you realise he just arrived here this year lol… man you guys ruined this place, seriously… anyone got a time machine for pre covid?

  12. I think if you want the comforts of the western world but in a tropical place then its perfect. but don't you think the gap between Tourists/foreigners and locals are too big? Isn't it too gentrified?

  13. Great video again, Joose!
You have influenced my girlfriend and me to take a trip to Asia. We will be spending one month there in November.
We are going to stay in Canggu for 15 days and the remaining days in Bangkok, Da Nang, and Phuket.
We really appreciate your videos bro. I hope we can meet you there! Big hug from Sweden

  14. So nice in there. After being in the Siargao Philippines recently, can you please share which one is more expensive? I'm planning to stay in bali for a bit, next year.

  15. I've been in Canggu for 30 days in June this year, it's a sh|t hole.
Surfing on that beach? why don't you show all of the sewer that goes directly in the ocean?
Open septics all over, rats size of female cat, horrible smell on every street and salmonella on every corner.
The whole Canggu is dirty, basically India on steroids.
And self claimed instagram models walking around with their dirty feet, like in Mad Max movie.
And if you want to have European standard and quality , you will spend more money than for example in Norway(one of the most expensive countries in EU).
Thanks to "social media influencers"my expectations were really high when I came to Bali, and I've been looking for that promised paradise and walking around Canggu for hours and I realized it's more like Bangladesh or India.
