We walked down the trail from the town center one morning and wandered into La Fontalina without a reservation. The gave is the riff raff look and grudgingly sat us at a table but told us we had to clear out before the "real" guests arrived. What a beautiful spot!

I'm always so impressed with the variety, quality, and organization of the galley, especially because it's such a tight space. No matter how demanding the guests wishes may be, everything comes out at the highest standard, and the galley looks neat and tidy still. Chef Dean and Chef Nina are just amazing. I cook one meal for myself that includes three elements, and my kitchen resembles a damn warzone.
