      As long as one gets to stay in Germany for 15-20 years, the university doesn't matter. Second concern is of course the initial capital, thus the choice between public and private uni. Cant agree more on your German learning point. My tip: While one may enroll for Grammar classes with an Indian trainer, please go for Native German speakers for the 'Sprechen'. It may be pricey, but the investment would be worth it.
