Where I live in USA that housing price is less than 1/3 what I pay, which is average in my city in the San Francisco California region, which is very expensive for my income. The apartment seems generally similar to mine in quality, furnishings.

I’m impressed! I live in the exact middle of the United States in a very small town. I can tell you that in a major city rent would be no less than $1000 for the cheapest apartment, up to $2500 for a nice one. In our small town we pay $775 for a 1000 square foot 3 bedroom house with kitchen, living room, and bonus room, and only one combo bathroom. Sounds like a great price but we’re at least an hour from the city. It’s not easy living in rural area. I miss Starbucks! 😅

WOW!!! That's a great price and a very nice apartment. I am in Southern California. Prices can be much higher here. I was very pragmatic when I was young. Saved my money, lived at my parents, and bought my house when I was 23. So I don't worry about rents and mortgage rates anymore. I am surprised honestly at how nice and similar in many ways the apartment Russian apartment is to some of our older buildings… built probably in the same decades. California is different from many states in America as we tend to tear down and rebuild more frequently here. I think that little balcony area could be a lovely place to dine on a Spring or Summer day🤩 … perhaps needing a pub high table and stools.🤔 Thanks for sharing, great tour. 👍👍

I wouldn't, not into nosey, busybody neighbors, with everyone living on top of one another. Everyone should be able to enjoy a few acres of country living, horses, chickens, without others bothering ya.

In the USA, at least $2200 to 2500. Even a studio would run at leased $1000

You can’t find any apartment for 700.00 dollars in the United States. Also we pay a lot for health insurance.
