Jalan Petaling is not in Penang, but in Kuala Lumpur.
Heres a tip, if you cant retire reasonably comfortably in your own country, dont even think you can retire easily in South East Asia. Seen so many foreigners who were dumpster diving in Bangkok and Penang. Make sure you have constant income coming from your home country or else your retirement will be a nightmare.
I don't know how you got any idea that yangon.Miamar can be traveled or even receive foreigners for retirement during their civil war. They have a do not travel warning. Not only from most countries but from the Myanmar government itself. You need to edit this video and take Yangon off. This is a total FAIL !
