  1. I don't know if its allowed to serve raw meat like that, no wonder there is mad cow decease. If thats called good french cuisine then i would rather have an american well done rubber like steak.

  4. Unlike everywhere else in the world, Europeans don’t season their meets. They do not want to interfere with the flavor of the meat so if you want salt and pepper on it, put it your damn self.

  6. 98 euros for two lbs is 50/lb for a cooked steak at a steakhouse (not raw from a grocery store) that’s not a chain reataurant, that’s not bad at all.
