Cambodia tourtuk-tuks
We enjoyed taking the local transportation commonly known as the tuk-tuks.
What’s fun about using the tuk-tuks getting around the city or a village in Cambodia is that it is much cooler because it’s open to nature and the elements. But when the rain comes all they do is roll down some canvas covers to protect us from the rain.
But when it’s hot it’s so comfortable to feel the breeze as you maneuver through the traffic of the big city. Also it’s very cheap and inexpensive on the average anywhere from two dollars to five dollars to go from 2 miles to 10 miles.
You can rent a man in his tuk-tuks for approximately $20 a day and they can take you to all of the tourist sites, the airport, hotels, department stores just about anywhere you want to go.
