I do love your Vlogs, ive followed you now for a few years and your one of the few i get excited about seeing what your up to! How the Kids have changed is lovely, and nice to see, all 3 have their own personality and they always make me smile. I know you have the campervan channel but tbh its not for me, i like the Family side of it, im looking forward to seeing you when you next vlog at that meetup ive forgotten you said about ? Im like a Goldfish 2 second Memory! But i do love seeing your Vlogs, so until next time take care one and all x
Hi rucks thoroughly enjoyed your vlogs I was just wandering if you still have your dog πΆ β€
Can you guys just please come to Ireland already for a trip π!
It draws 4.2 amps on cooling
Nice video guys. Glad you've had a great trip. We love Bruges and always try and stop on route to the tunnel and stayed there for Christmas last year, which was brilliant. Beautiful chocolate and Zot is one of Dave's favourite beers.
Soft start on the air con ?
Like most things the surge would be on start up ,
Maybe the logic board on the truma detects low amps & works accordingly.
Another great vlog of your holidays xx
Great video. Have enjoyed following your summer hols.
We have a 9m van and started our YouTube channel to show others where you can park a large van. We have a map on our Facebook page with places we have stayed. Enjoy ππΌππΌ
Can't wait to see the kids video's but noticed you didn't say what Oliver had done, has he been hacking MI5 π
Regarding van size, we're 9m and tend not to plan anything more than a couple of days in advance. We're in Ireland now and doing a lot of beach park ups so we look for somewhere around 1 hours drive max and when we find a suitable place on Search for sites, I jump on Google maps satellite view and try to see if there's room
Air con draws between 4 and 5 amp
Brugges is sick, been earlier this year and might go again next month, peaceful and rich in architecture
Calypso burnt my skin, caused it to blister. It was horrible
Love your videos, just back from the Netherlands went to an amazing site with a theme park and water park called Duinrell. Our 7m Rimor evo77 plus looked like a pimple. Could have parked two length ways in our pich!
Hi guy's thanks for the trip..Char..I saw you bank holiday in Hereford..I spotted Dex on his scooter as I was feet away from you and I'm so sorry not saying hello but I was gobsmacked for see you.Anyway nice to Stu doing the driving in this massive home on wheels…Thanks for the video team Rucks…
The Truma Aventa Comfort takes 4.2 amps of electric and converts this into 2400w of cooling power π
Hi hun ours is 9 meters and we donβt plan anything either weβre terrible we just last minute it all and use park for nights and search for sites and if weβre unsure we goggle maps street view to see how big the car park is
cheque out the Radfords cause they have apparently the biggest motorhome.
Interesting as usual … makes a pleasant change from the Radford's interminable tours of Lidl and McDonalds !!
Speak to roaming radfords, Lynds is a great planner
Iβve followed for a few years now you guys must be richer now than the Bragfords.
Great vlog once again….do you still have your dog?
Hello. You were saying about other big Motorhomes , where do they go ??? I would have to said that they go to one or two places and park for their stay. As a 6 wheel 5 ton. Motorhome owner. I always remember that itβs 5 tonnes (. So wet grass is a no no !! ).
As for places to stay. Try just looking at Map and put in campsites. That way you should find farms , as well Wish You Well.
I would guess that while parked up you wouldnt use as much power on everything else therefore the aircon would run at some sort of 'idle' speed and require less voltage? pure guess though, I have absolutely no technical knowledge on it so please dont listen to a word i say!!!!! Looks lovely there, would love to visit that area of the world
Great vlog ππ» we just bought a 9mtr ! Moved up from 8 ,,, we are thinking the same – need to plan out trips now π
Donβt go to turkey. Radfords had problems getting pitches
Nice Vlog , do you still have your dog and cat?
'Extreme Motorhoming Adventures' have a huge Cathargo and go all around Europe and into the Mountains – it's a very energetic couple, no kids. 'Roaming Radfords' have a huge MH and have been all round Europe, Turkey etc with older kids – more sedate touristy locations and they've had issues with the size of their van. Maybe they could help with advice?
Thank you
How have you possibly been to Bruges several times and never been to Markt/market square? It's literally the main bit! The bell tower, the Christmas market etc. I'm actually gobsmacked! lol But anyway, glad your face is better! Love your vids, and the van conversions. π
I hope you took that sun cream back to the shop!!! I have spoken to several people with really big vans, and was once offered an American Coach type Camper, it had just 16k on the clock, for a song….To be honest, there are not so many sites that will even let you through the gates. Others will charge you for two sites. This is something that many do not consider, and there is an alternative fortunately. Lidl and many other Supermarkets will give you a free park for the night, you just have to do a shop for more than a specified amount. In UK too, there are a few supermarkets who will offer you a one night stop.
π I would ask the large Van what app the use for the spots
I knew it was the sunlotion after the last video, it's the amount of chemicals they have to put in it. Try a natural sun lotion like green people's, yes it's a bit more expensive but definitely worth it
