just like if you a good ham and coat it in a mix of dijon, yellow, honey mustard with cloves placed within the meat and dusted with rosemary, dill, and thyme and leave it in the fridge for 24hrs and then cook on low for 3-4 hours basting every 24 hrs comes out delicious, and make a gravy from the juice and make potatoes cooked with cloves of garlic and mix all that with dill and whipping cream.
