  1. I have to say there is nothing brighter than the sun after you break through the cloud layer on a fully overcast day ☀. I'd watch the video on Cologne landing on 14R but marked at 13R. That darn magnetic drift! Always a good flight where you have a solid tailwind nearly the whole way. Great flight, great video, thanks!

  2. omg the silence kills me. Do you ever get bored during a flight? Ihr seid im Nebel losgeflogen und kommt im Regen an. Die Scheibenwiscger scheinen nicht zu funktionieren 😂. Danke für das Video!

  3. Hello! First of all, thank you for this great video, as always! I have a question for you! It can happen that a pilot crew completes 4 flights in one day. There is my question. Do you then have to brief these 4 Flights in the Preflight Briefing or just 2 of them and the other 2 when you arrived at the Homebase again? Thanks for answering and have a nice weekend:)

  4. Thank you again for another great video. It's interesting to see that still being on a published STAR, a three degree deviation is approved if the weather is requiring it, so I assume ATC had the radar in sight as well😊. One observation was the departing EW aircraft in EDDL before you had a Germanwings callsign, so that is still in use? Keep on going, my next EW flight is already booked 😂

  5. Many thanks to you for these precious videos where SIMMERs like me can really learn a lot of things. My next flight will be EDDL-LKPR with A319, EWG livery for sure.

  6. Dear Stefan, now I am also flying Airbus, and I wanted to express my gratitude, because your videos helped me a lot during the training period. Your CRM and airmanship is a golden standard for us. All the best for you and the channel!

  7. Always a pleasure to experience such a Relaxed Professional Working Environment, If this CRM is the Standard across EW they should be applauded 👍

  8. Great video captain. When landing you usually say/apply manual braking around or just before 70 knots. In this landing I noticed you said/applied manual braking a lot earlier before 70 knots. Is this due to the weather?

  9. I am always surprised how complex a short flight can be. So many calculations! Excellent, interesting streaming as always. Thank you, Captain Stefan! 👍

  10. Hey, great videos! Just a small question – i know IRL is different from the sim, sometimes very much so. But what's actually the purpose of hand flying the first turns after departure? In the sim i usually engage the AP shortly after setting thrust to CLB and everything is fine, the AP keeps the required speed and manages the turns quite well.

  11. I am always amazed by your high quality videos. Thank you for your good work and your insight into your working day. I do have a question though. In minute 1:21 you can see three chart sections. The one on the left is a SID Lido chart and I have that too. But where are the two sections on the right? Are those also Lido charts? Or is that perhaps part of the Airport briefing? Thank you in advance for your answer.👏

  12. Great video, thank you captain! I enjoyed the handflying up to 10,000 feet. Does your airline have any SOP's regarding that? Earliest, latest you can/must engage AP?
Edit: Just finished the video and saw that awesome manual landing! Any SOP's around that? Thanks!

  13. hello again captain of our hearts! I really like your videos and as young sim pilot i try to improve and to learn new things from your videos, which really help a lot! However i have one question. At takeoff, when do you engage the autopilot? Is it standard at every airport at 10000 feet or it is something else that you expect at each flight? Thank you very much again for your amazing content!!

  14. Good video as always, this time with an interesting rainy approach. It doesn't seem like the procedures will change in these conditions but I imagine there will be something different, I don't know. Thanks a lot for sharing it.

  15. Nice job captain. In case of shutting down engine 2 please don't forget to switch on the yellow elec pump 😊 Love the Zulu November and Zulu Echo. Good old machines

  16. Hi there, I'd like to ask if you pilots feel that sharp pain I your ear during decent because i really feel that pain, almost like my eardrum will burst😂. If you do, how do you deal with it since you fly almost every time.

  18. Cooles Video 👍🏼.
