At our favourite ice cream parlour, Cocoa Chocolaterie, Jean Pascal makes the most delicious artisan ice cream we have ever tasted, and shares his secret for perfection. We stop off to visit him in Les Issambres, as we take a trip Saint Aygulf to Sainte Maxime on the French Riviera.
