Day 139 of our world travel sabbatical. Part 3️⃣ of our travel sabbatical adventures in Singapore! 🇸🇬

We spent 3 days in Singapore as country 14 of our world travel sabbatical! We knew Singapore ranked as one of the most expensive cities in the world, so we were curious just how much this would affect our overall travel sabbatical budget. Budget breakdown below ⬇️

We budgeted our costs across these categories:
✈️ Transportation (Flights, Grab rides)
🏠 Lodging (Hotel)
🍛 Food (🐔🍜🥤🥩)
🎉 Activities (⛲️)
📲 Other (refrigerator magnet, health insurance, e-SIM)

Our daily budget we’re trying to stick to is $250/day as full-time travelers and we spent:
Country total = $775.82
Daily average = $258.61
Total running daily average = $249.76

At $259, we were slightly over our $250 daily budget for Singapore. This was maybe the best outcome for us when including many budget friendly and free activities.
