In this Zambia travel vlog, we explored Kamwala market. A unique and a very busy market where a train track passes right in the center of it. We then went to a private game reserve where we spotted lions and warthogs!

  1. I like how the two of you are fearless and exploring the real Lusaka.
That railway line is not part of TAZARA. The TAZARA ends in Kapiri Mposhi. The line you filmed was part of the British colonial railway which goes from the copper mines further north on the Copperbelt Province through Zimbabwe and on to the ports in South Africa. When the British settlers took over Zimbabwe and declared themselves independent from Britain, the route to the south was cut off for Zambia. That is how TAZARA came to be with the help of China in the ‘70s.

  2. Your facts are very misleading.
That railway line was built during the British rule and it links zambia and ZIMBABWE.
The TAZARA was the one built NOT FROM LUSAKA to TANZANIA.
The Tazara was build from Kapiri Mposi to TANZANIA and built after zambian independence and built by the Chinese

  3. There's the lower Zambezi national park outside Lusaka, and Sunday Craft Market, East Park Mall even bigger than Manda Mall, China Town, other game ranches on outskirts etc

  4. Someone yelling @2.17? 😮

  5. Hi Shish and Nav, accidentally bumped into your video, subscribed and I'm really enjoying following you guys .
Nav you're very good at videography and commentary. Clarity of speech and impressive research on most of your commentary.
