Shinjuku Nightlife | Tokyo “Red Light District” Walk (Sept 2024)
I explore the wild Friday nightlife in the Shinjuku neighbourhood in Tokyo, Japan. I explore Piss Alley (Omoide Yokocho), Kabukicho (red light district) and the Golden Gai.
Recorded in 4K at 60 FPS on Friday, September 6, 2024.

Japan is the most beautiful country in Asia.
A great night captured and beautiful shooting filming footage compilation and another spectacular beautiful upload and share .. TQSM Jhonny ! ..
I'm surprised the city has so much graffiti tagging like the whole underpass at 6:36 or the traffic light box at a busy intersection corner at 15:22. I thought Japan was the country of law and order.
Just like in the Yakuza games 😀
Awesome night walk love Osaka great times good vibes 😊tysm for showing us & enjoy your johnny /weekend everyone from Estelle 😊
amazing production great job
Thats the "shady" part of Japan❤It still outshines most of our cities in the west "these day's"😊
Did anyone notice? That their bicycles are ALL PARKED in ONE PIECE? Not like in ONTARIO CANADA!Where a person has t o drag around a wheel or seat ALL DAY to discourage THIEVES❤😂
Same thing in Amsterdam❤All treasure a bike and dont steal😊
The beginning with the train is… Excellent.
Good morning
Great nightlife video.
Great night video Johnny
Hi Johnny, I was there in Shinjuku on Friday evening dinner and shopping afterwards at that Bic Camera and Uniqlo store…too bad couldn’t bump into you, too crowded 😂
Japan in one of my favorite countries as far as Asia goes. And one look at Tokyo you can understand why. Its such a cool city. Venture underground too. Find the places off the beaten tourist tracks.
I don't think Kabukicho is a red-light district anymore. There are fewer rip-offs, and it's now a fun drinking district.
@34:56 You walked right past another Japan YouTuber who was being stopped by a fan who recognized him as he was walking by. He's wearing the black t-shirt and jeans with a baseball cap on backwards. I'm blanking on his channel name right now, but he's lived in Japan for20+ years. He's from NYC originally, African American, and while he mostly makes content in Japan, he also makes content in US cities when he goes back (NYC, Austin, et. al.).
Saw you on the kabukicho live cameras from the front and behind doing your stream. 😊 @8:51 pm
Which camera setup you are using??
Nice walk Johnny. Tokyo is my favourite city in the world. I live in Toronto, and plan a trip back to Tokyo every year now. Btw, small detail, APA is pronounced by the locals as one word, as if you drop the J and the N from Japan. 24:50
