Marmaris is a port city and tourist resort in Muğla Province, Turkey. Marmaris is situated on the Mediterranean coast, along the shoreline of the Turkish Riviera.

Marmaris is now a major package holiday destination popular with British visitors. Although adjacent İçmeler is a separate resort, these days the two more or less run into each other.

Marmaris is a one hour drive from Dalaman Airport. Ferries operate from Marmaris to Rhodes and Symi in Greece.

Marmaris is a Mediterranean resort town along the Turkish Riviera (also known as the Turquoise Coast) with a long seafront promenade. Marmaris is known for its lively nightlife on Bar Street, which is home to open-air clubs and music venues. Marmaris sits in a valley between pine-forested mountains and clear waters, which are popular sailing and diving destinations.

Marmaris is a 2 hour drive from Fethiye. Marmaris is a 1 hour 15 min drive from Dalyan and a two and a half hour drive from Oludeniz.
