  1. I used to work for a place that made "plastic cheese". It is made mostly of water and starch, but there's also butter, real cheese, lactic acid, some spices and coloring in it.

  5. I've made a habit of setting a screenshot of my plans as the lock screen of my phone. I don't even have to put my pin in to see my plans, saving as much battery, and sometimes time, as possible.

  6. WDW is amazing but day after day in the parks can be stressful. If you fancy a little time to unwind and not worry about lightning lanes try a half day visit to Celebration. It's a small town just south of the resort with great cafes, an old school cinema, farmers markets and some beautiful walking/cycling trails.

  7. For parents – and I’ll admit my kids were little about 15 years ago – another trick is to order those silicon wrist bands (“Livestrong” style) with cell phone numbers on them. My kids wore ones with my cell phone even after we got home from Disney in case they walked away at a park or a grocery store or wherever. At least until they were old enough to memorize it…
