  1. I want to go on holiday there and eat at that restaurant every night for two weeks. The salad was a work of art. Zoran, skip the pork and plenty of lamb please. 😍

  2. "They cut out the thigh-bones, wrapped them round in two layers of fat, and set pieces of raw meat on the top of them. [425] These they burned upon the split logs of firewood, but they spitted the innards, and held them in the flames to cook. "

  3. I live in chania, and tried this restaurant only once. They load the food with salt, and i couldnt eat it. Many others have reported the same, which is such a shame. Less heavy handed on the salt please, guys…

  4. I found the best food in Greece in Crete, Thessaloniki and east Macedonia. About the wine, whet can I say? Agiorgitico and Moschofilero in Peloponnese, Xinomavrobin west Macedonia, Limnio and Moschato on Lemnos, Asirtico on Santorini, Fociano on Icaria, Rosaki in Kavala and so many I can't recall now.

  5. ok, the obviouse. you do not put raw meat over meat already cooking for some time As a Cretan and not a Serbian (although i love them) the meat is not correctly cut.
