Climbing Mount Kintoki Day Hike in Hakone Japan
To begin; we learn the origin story of the “golden boy” Kintaro, then we proceeded up the mountain in Kanagawa prefecture Hakone Japan. The heat really zapped us going up this mountain which really isn’t that difficult. I seen people of all ages hiking this mountain which makes is certainly family and beginner-friendly. But don’t expect a simple walk in the park. It is a mountain after-all and if you want the summit you will be taxed. You must earn it! I hope you can make this trip someday.
