✼ ABOUT US ✼
We are Nate and Katrina, two Americans living in Amsterdam, The Netherlands and traveling as much as we can to see what there is to see! Call us expats, immigrants, whatever… just call us already.
We balance work life with travel… as best we can! We would love to visit every country in Europe while we live here, and definitely keep a list of our global “must visit” destinations.
We try to give you a true view of us and how we travel and explore the world. Lots of food, definitely some jokes, and probably some swearing…. Hope you enjoy taking these trips with us!

Blarney Castle kissing the stone makes you talk a lot not something americans need
Irish Alpaca's. They spit Guinness
I would probably crash if asked to drive opposite. 😂
😊😊
I kissed it to
I mean here in Amsterdam we sort of are the kings of Tourist Traps. With our Nutella museums, Cheese and weed museums. Sex museum! But now these Irish they trick you into kissing a rock? For money? And you fell for it? You with your fear of germs? When did they think of this? During Covid no doubt. But hey, despite you having to pivot and had to make a quick decision on where to go, this vlog turned out great! Next week part two. Cant wait. Keep it up!
Very good Video, never been there but now I am ( in some way ), I'm already looking forward to the next video, thank you both
hey, that’s just up the road!
Glad to see you have a good time.
And if you drink a pint of black here, Best try Murphies!! (Mutton lane has awesome pints)

Hi there, about the Baseball caps in Europe, we also wear Baseball caps because we play Baseball, did you know thta the Netherlands were world campion in 2011, the Netherlands or Italy are European champions, I played Baseball all my live, I am a fan of the Mets and Red Sox! Salut de Gwada.
A nice and interesting trip..
O dear, sure it's lovely with all these nooks and crannies where they lure you with their wicked flutes and lyrical ballads and their singsongie pubs. Fairies got to you, didn't they? For Pete's sake, no Dubliners as background music, get a grip of yourselves!
Peace be upon you. Examples of Islam being the true religion: There are scientific facts mentioned in the Quran 1400 years ago that humans could not have known at that time without technology, and with the testimony of Western scientists, including the British scientist Arthur Allison, who converted from atheism to Islam, acknowledging that only the Creator of the universe can say this, as He alone knows things from the beginning of the universe to its end. Among the existing scientific facts are the explosion and expansion of the universe, the five stages of embryo development, the role of winds in pollinating plants, accusing Islam of violence, and the greatest crimes in history: Hitler was an atheist, France's crimes in Algeria and throwing people alive from bridges and planes, and Israel's crimes in Palestine, but the media does not tell the truth. Islam preserves dignity, honor, and other beliefs. Everything is permissible, even if it is reckless behavior. I will give you a simple example: Islam forbids homosexuality. Let's assume that everyone became homosexual. We ask God for safety. Will we continue to exist as humans? Islam forbids everything that harms the individual, society, health and morals, and does not restrict freedoms as they claim. In Islam, we worship God Almighty without incarnation, images and idols, while others worship gods that they create and imagine with their own hands. Would a sane person do that? The most widespread religion in the world, especially among Europeans, Americans and priests. The irony is that they used the greatest material and human means to eliminate it. Duvern, a Dutch politician who hates Islam, went looking for things that offend Islam, and converted to Islam because he found the truth. Joseph Estes, an American priest, went to convince a Muslim to convert to Christianity, and the Muslim convinced him to convert to Islam. The proverb says: If you see arrows pointed at a certain place, know that the truth is there. They fight Islam because it is against humiliating behavior. Man is generous in controlling actions.
The roads aren't backwards, it's the side of the road most countries drove on originally.
You were blessed with the weather.
A “close” is pronounced as the second way you said it and it’s another word for a cul de sac or dead end. You see it used sometimes in suburban areas. So you could have a street called “Beech Road” and a small cul de sac off it called “Beech Close” or whatever.
The really big cliffs are further north in Donegal and Mayo. Slieve League and Croaghaun. Both are twice the height of the Kerry Cliffs.
The people in Murphy's are incredibly nice. Gave my son a free ice cream last time I was in. I recommend the green tea flavour. I'm from near the Burren but I'd say the Ring of Kerry and west Cork are probably the nicest part of the country if I had to choose.

Are there a lot of Irish people in the USA?
