There are plenty of quarter-intelligentsia in Poland – the intelligentsia is rare. And that is the reason that instead of arguments, sophisms suffice. Empty talk and invective – a bunch of nonsense and slander. Poland lost – certified morons from big cities elected cheaters – the regime of Tusk and Hołownia came, which violates the constitution, destroys the rule of law and degrades the Nation. All hope lies with the voters of the United Right.

BTW the Malbork Castle in the largest in Europe only by area, not the castle size.
The thing about the curious looks of Polish folks if you are Black or Asian (to a lesser degree) – Most cases, it's just that, curiosity. There are not that many black people here (despite the fact there were quite many African and Middle Eastern students on Polish universities back in the late 70' and 80').
The society in Poland is very homogeneous ("kogo nazywasz homosiem?"), so people would be very cautious of and curious about anything that is outside of the norm. You being black in the predominantly white society included.
That being said, if you obey few simple rules, you'll be fine. The rules are:
– Work hard
– Obey the law
– Respect the people and our customs
– Don't be a dick
– Don't try to impose your worldview on Polish people (we don't care what your worldview is, just don't shove it in our faces) – we'll be more than happy to spit in your face and tell you to eat the corn the long way.
There's an added bonus: Polish sense of humor is dark. Really dark – nothing is sacred.

I can't agree that there aren't too many Asians in Poland, there are a lot of them in Warsaw, Raszyn etc. They have had large sales businesses and restaurants for some many years already ,but African Americans, you can find them but there are not many of them.
