My wife is from Kazakhstan. I spent many years in Central Asia and in Western Europe. Central Asian food is much, much better than Britan, Belgium, Germany and all others, called European Union, with the exception of Spane and Greece.

Beshbarmaq and Palau is better food than ur “vegan” American food. Its good food, horse is so yummy, so don’t try to mock our food
we are like mongols in this. Nothing goes to waste, if you kill an animal you eat it whole, at least the head and intestines, otherwise it is just disrespect.
There are many rules how to serve any part of lamb, beef and hourse meat. As which part shoud be given to a right person among relatives.The Kazakh culture is very ancient and wise, there are many accurate traditions and laws in different spheres of life such as food, family, health, everyday life, household, attitude towards relatives, nature, people, animals and so on.

I'm Kazakh and i agree our food it very simple. Meat, salt, potatoes and onions are basically the ingredients for almost every dish. It's so simple yet it brings me so much happiness. What's better than perfectly tender salty meat 😩
