SHAME ON MANILA CITY HALL. How can they allow the capital to look like this? this is the same metro that has BGC, one of Asia's most modern cities. then there's the city of manila which is literally one of the worst. where are their tax pesos going? who will cleanse the city hall of the corrupt who have exploited the local manilenyos and tourists for so long.. :(((
