Without this they will never again a imperium Baltic sea from Petersburg and the Great Duchy of Finland
Lwów was for the most part a Polish city, It was sadly stolen from Poland by the soviet union after ww2. So the city is kind of similar to Kraków because its technically A Polish city.

You need war insurance? I was in Kyiv for 23-days from January to February and I was never asked about war insurance (I am from Canada).
