  1. Funny how opinions vary greatly on where to eat. I recently watched a video that said Backlot Express is horrible, but my family felt it hit the spot.

  2. Personally I think SciFi Dine In vs 50s Prime Time is really a matter of preference when it comes down to it. I think extroverted people might pick 50s prime time but introverted people (like myself) would rather SciFi dine in. Or whichever you’ve frequented more. I’ve personally never done 50s prime time but I would likely have a panic attack if a waitress said anything critical to me, even as a joke. I often cry just from confrontation, positive or negative lol.

  3. We went to Sci Fi Diner a few weeks ago. It was incredibly disappointing!! It was too dark to read the menu, the speakers were very muted and the overall atmosphere was anything but fun. This place used to be a novel experience but now it isnt good at all. 50s Prime Time Diner is 1000% better.

  4. MK: Tony's Town Square
    Epcot: Nine Dragons
    HS: 50's Prime Time
AK: Satu' li Canteen, love the burger bao buns

Although, next year Hollywood Brown Derby might end up overtaking 50's for me, you never know

  5. 🤨 AJ, Backlot Express, really?! 🤣 I get the nostalgia since so much of classic DHS is gone. RIP MGM Hollywood Studios 😭 And while Sci-fi Cafe certainly has excellent ambiance and theming the food is Not good. I know Hollywood and Vine gets a bad reputation, but I have been there a couple times since they've gone back to the buffet and while not as good as Tusker House it is certainly better than Sci-fi and Woody's (also cute theming, but the food is Not impressive).

  6. I just wish they’d cater for vegetarians more … we had to cancel Be our Guest restaurant as it would have been $79 for a salad for my partner … an absolute waste of money ….

  7. We also had a nightmare at the Rose and Crown , we had to sit inside , was so cold , sat at a table where we kept getting knocked everytime someone walked past , we were moved to a different table near the bar , right next to an obnoxious American women , screaming at the top of her voice ( too many beers probably ) so we had to move again , food cold … we didn’t pay …… no way 👎

  8. Really really wish the Sassagoula would bring back the Beignet Burgers from 2020! We were so disappointed when we returned and no burger on the menu….😭

  9. 17:50 Quick tip for 50's Prime-Time, I've heard that a few folks have had good luck asking the server for more of a regular dining experience as opposed to the cute gags and "eat your veggies" stuff, so if the idea of getting harangued by your server about what you're eating turns you off, that's an option if you still want to dine there. I have a lot of fun with it, but I know some folks might not.

  10. Prime Time is my gold medal spot for HS, and Brown Derby's menu is not at ALL appealing to me. There's not a thing on that menu that I want to try, but that's what makes me love Diseny restaurants. There is something for everyone somewhere. And Liberty Tree is definitely gold for us. I've never had any desire to eat at Cindy's…what I've heard is that the food isn't great, it's really loud, and it's super expensive. When the kids were little, we went to Akershus in Epcot to do our Princess meal so we didn't have to pay the Cinderella prices. Now that they are older, there are MUCH better restaurants that are cheaper and have way better food (from what I've heard). We tend to leave the parks a lot for our sit down meals because the resorts seem to have the best restaurants. We LOVE Boma, and Whispering Canyon is always a great time. Artist Point is a wonderful experience, and Ohana is a must do for us on every trip…there are just so many great places at the resorts.

  11. There’s no way Tiffins/Nomad is the best table service at AK. Tusker House is a way better option. You get to taste things you might not have the chance to at home. The characters kind of annoy me, but I just let them know I don’t want to participate, and they are pretty good about accommodating that. They literally just picked Tiffins for the bar, which is so meh. They have a few finger foods, and you have to sit outside when AK is a park where you definitely want to enjoy your drinks or sit down meals inside to get a break from the unbearable FL heat. Backlot Express is one of the worst places on property. It has gotten better, but it is in no way the best. What was really frustrating was the Epcot reviews. They have amazing restaurants in World Showcase. There were a few overrated French restaurants mentioned, but nothing else was mentioned. Rose and Crown is a stuffy restaurant everyone forgets exists. It’s such a waste in Epcot. They don’t have anything worth eating except Fish and Chips, and you can grab that at the booth. Le Celier is beyond overrated. And if you don’t eat steak there’s literally nothing for you but overrated soup in the FL heat. Then for the snack, the festival booths?! There are so many great snacks there. The booths are a toss up. There has been great food, but some pretty bad food too. These picks were horrible. They need a bar/lounge category because this channel revolves a lot of picks around alcohol, and gets too excited over drinks. That’s not food. They also have a few favorite dishes they talk about like a broken record and every rating includes those, not what’s actually the best establishments for many reasons. Do your research and pick where you go based on your preferences. There are amazing snack choices at MK. The enormous doughy, dry cinnamon bun is definitely not it. Cinnabon is better. The tavern is fun, but the food is not. But again it’s the same dish rotation for this channel. The confectionery definitely should have been number one there. It’s iconic and has the best snacks.

  12. I really love your taste and style always so chic. My faves would be the kislux leather backpack and the Swarovski pave diamond ring so gorg. Thank you for your recommendations.

  13. Brown Derby was disappointing for 'tweens'. Its delicious for adults or Hot Doggers…But they have removed the Brown Derby Burger, and my Tweens
dont want the VERY adult entrees…..

  14. Totally agree with you on Columbia Harbour House. Probably the best food for the money in all of Disney World. I didn't really care for BOG or CRT. BOG is expensive, the food is just OK, the beast just walks around and waves and there is no Belle. CRT is also expensive, requires you to prepay with mandatory gratuity and the food was probably the worst we had in all of Disney World. But you get to eat inside the famous castle and meet several princesses, so that's worth something.
