  1. By far one of the best food review for legit Pinoy dishes. Best Filipino dishes and street food. The spontaneous and random places where he ate and how he explained and react to each meal/food-with no script or nil added dramas made it more authentic and fun at the same time!   4. Authentic sisig has no egg and soy sauce. It has to be either ox brain or mayonnise. WTH! BTW, Elar's Lechon might not be the one of the best picks. They steam their Lechon to reheat, at least on smaller stalls they have.
