Nice ride! The petrol consumtion is probably not so nice, is it a inline 6 cylinder? … probably 2.5 – 3 liters per swedisch mile/10km om highway top gear?

If youâre looking for war memorials, Vimy Ridge in France is a must see. Though itâs WWI, itâs a mind blowing location of history. The French were so thankful to the Canadian soldiers who fought there, that the French government gave the land to Canada. So when you drive in, you see a large âWelcome to Canadaâ sign on the road. Many of the volunteers working there are also Canadian.

Get the "123 ignition" electronic distributor. Starts very easy, runs better and lowers fuel consumption. Totaly worth it

about the interesting WWII sites, I think you should visit 'La Roche en ardenne' and ofcourse 'Bastogne'. Also Arnhem and Groesbeek in the Netherlands are interesting. And going across the border into Germany around Groesbeek gives you a very nice ridge in the landscape going south.

No idea why Youtube decided I should watch this (I tend to walk with a tent in my bag and a Trangia to cook on) but what an awesome truck/van/camper. For three and a half decades I have driven small cars that I can park anywhere, but I want one of those beasts. Years ago I caused congestion in my local supermarket trying to get a mate's LWB Defender around a tight corner, imagine the f******g chaos I could cause at Tesco with that giant!

If losing oil true valve seals it should smoke blue out of the exhaust when you start the engine, try change the oil filter, if the filter is full of crap then it bypass the oil and can create higher oilpressur, and check the crankcase ventilation for pressure then you have blowby in the cylinders.
Chris, we did have the Daihatsu Rocky as a new vehicle in New Zealand BUT the original Suzuki Vitaras tend to outnumber them and the SWB Pajeros were also quite popular.
