I was in Holbrook but couldn’t find it lol 😂
Out of the 8 states that Route 66 goes through… Arizona is easily my personal favorite. ^^
Awesome !!! I ♥️ the Route 66 🌄 🏜 Hope one day you will make a video about the Route 66 in New Mexico too , from Glenrio at the Texas / NM boundary to the NM / AZ boundary , with Tucumcari , Santa Rosa , Albuquerque … 🌄 🏜
This was excellent!
I've driven this, but you had a lot of detail I missed, you did a really nice job, thank you!
I drove the Route in 2018 after getting laid off from my job, then this past year drove it from Flagstaff to Tulsa (but was in a bit of a hurry). In a bit under three years I'm retiring, and the very first thing I'm going to do, like taking off from my last day at work, is drive to Chicago and then drive the Route again, and I want be sure to rewatch this video and the follow-up as I'm planning the trip.
Hey all. I'm Old Route 66.
As a small child and all through my young life we drove this route to visit grandparents and relatives in both Colorado and New Mexico. We lived in Barstow Ca. So many great memories on that route, and a favorite is the Jackrabbit signs. We used to point them out, it was a game to watch for them.Great old days gone by and great old times very much missed Thank you for the memory lane kicks on Route 66
Excellent video!
Great video! Wish I saw this couple days ago when we drove from petrified forest back to CA. We drove through Holbrook and Two guns would have been a cool stop. We also saw only 1 arrow structure standing at Twin Arrows.
I did not have enough time to finish the route in one trip, but I did spend 8 hours driving from Santa Fe to Holbrook just to take pictures at the Wigwam Motel. That's my furthest and favorite point on the route so far!
Shut down Las Vegas to restore the Colorado River Delta!
Fantastic job showing the details …almost like a personal tour guide…👍 Thank you very much.
I've always wanted to visit Arizona. 😊😊😊
Utah? I always thought you were based in or around LA, and that was why your California 66 vids were west-to-east, so they'd be usable as day trips from there.
