Ever tried water only fasting? It's surprisingly easy after day 1 & has loads of positive effects.
Just eat veg for a day or 2 before – veg juice & soups for first meals on way out.
I do 2 or 3 weeks once a year. Feel like a new man.
Brother, if you get heartburn, it’s because you don’t have enough acid in your stomach you need to start taking some supplements not drugs made from oil you need to add acid to your stomach apple cider vinegar helps but you can also get betaine hydrochloride, pepsin. I’ll refer you to Dr. Berg once again, he has video after video explaining this.

When you've spent many years playing with Thai girls, you may want to get some variety from time to time, so the occasional Russian, South American or African would be most welcome. The Galaxy Club in Pattaya, is really great fun, but expensive. They get girls from various Eastern European countries. I was surprised to see an African girl there, just one. They get a new batch every 2-3 months.
