Hi George and Su thank you for showing this Vlog what a great event it is but that is a bit to energetic for me I will have to a walking one but I think that will be a bit much but I did do a 10k in Manchester with my late mum and with the disability group what I’m in about 20 years ago or so and I think we came last and think they was taking the safety barriers away and Larnaca is a lovely place to walk around been along Finikoudes but haven’t been around the back streets love the old buildings and been to Mackenzie beach lots of times and well done Rob for running it
