Borat Was A Lie! THIS Is Kazakhstan! (#200)
There may be no country more misunderstood than KAZAKHSTAN. It’s international image was defined by a comedy film released 20 years ago. Borat left many people thinking Kazakhstan was some backwater nation in Eastern Europe that holds a Running of the Jew festival every year.
BUT THAT IS NOT KAZAKHSTAN! 🇰🇿
Kazakhs have way more in common with the Mongols than they do with Borat. They’re a tough people who survived life out on the brutally cold Central Asian steppes, and then decades of destruction under the Soviet Union. They speak Russian, but their native language is from the same language family as Turkish. Many look like Koreans. And the economy is booming! Kazakhstan may not be fully developed yet, but it’s far from poor.
So join me in discovering this HUGE, mysterious nation right in the middle of Asia. Watch as we explore Astana, the entirely new city built by Kazakhstan’s former leader Nursultan (who apparently would make a great adult film star) on the steppe, and also Almaty, the former capital. Experience the Nomad Games and horse archers and horse meat and horseplay of all sorts. We shall cross the entirety of Kazakhstan from north to south, and I can’t wait. ——–

RIP to the victims of the Azerbaijan Airlines flight in Kazakhstan.
Ahh, a much less stressful vlog, other than trying to live up to Mr. Big Hand. Don't be alarmed that the video begins in Russia; this was filmed in September, a bit over a month before my imprisonment there. There's a whole lot that happened in between.
So I consider this to be the actual video #200, chronologically. It was right after Omsk/Germanland/the Land of No Men. The arrest/imprisonment was something I felt I had to go out of order to show you.
Anyway, Merry Christmas and enjoy the holidays!
Kazakhstan is the 9 Th largest country in the world 1,820 miles East-West, 960 miles North-South.
The Thumbnail is so Chinese. That's why I click.
The horsemeat probably taste like the Jack n the Box burgers back in 1981😂
Borat was a racist project by a Zionist.
Hope you head to Almaty and the outer region … chimbulak, Kegan, kakra base camp, army base in Almaty … Chang bangs disco … 💃. Will follow you there I was there in 1994-95
Kazakhstan looks like a good clean and orderly place,, at least in the cities
that dude at 20 mins is living on vibes alone lmao
The reason why the older woman was ignoring you is because their generation has faced all the russian oppression, they were being mocked, looked down, and kicked out of places in their own country by russians, during russification in ussr. We face a huge amount of russian aggressive politics even in independent country today, imagine what they had to go through. We even have to fight for kazakh service in some places, because russians refuse to learn official national language. So please be polite and don’t demand russian, especially to the elders. Also use less of borat jokes, it’s not welcome here. Hope you will enjoy your stay❣️And thank you for your review
Sacha Baron Cohen is a CIA rat propagandist…
You should have asked the pigeons: " have any of you been to New York?"

💡👍Brilliant !!
From your and other videos I think Kazakhstan and the Great Plains region of Central Asia so beautiful. And the two cities shown look amazing to live in as a young person. I hope the people there are thriving now and continue to grow prosperous.
This video is like 20 years too late well at least the title is

Are you going for a Holden red cap?
the following one: "I was arrested by the police for objecting to paying a bribe, and for filming them at the time."😂 Okay, I'm just kidding. It's just that we have recently introduced such a law in Kyrgyzstan. But the people are great, yes… except those who will torture you in prison
