🇬🇧 Bonjour! We continued our tour of the Vallon de Foran from the Laval footbridge, where we paused to admire the view of the snow-capped peaks of the Beaufortain.
It was here that we witnessed the milking of the cows.
This large herd consists of two breeds: Tarines and Abondances.
Their milk is used to produce a renowned Savoy cheese named after the mountain range: Beaufort.
