Australia: the best for THE END
Welcome to the Red Centre—the heart of Australia, where the endless red dirt tracks stretch for hundreds of kilometres through the vast outback, and not a soul is in sight. But here’s the twist: it’s the rainy season, and we are about to discover this fascinating region like few see it.
This is our final adventure in this incredible country, and we’re determined to make it unforgettable. Join us as we journey from South Australia to Darwin, track down the last elusive creature on our must-see list, the thorny devil, and explore one of the country’s most iconic landmarks: Uluru! By the end of this episode, someone is going to have changed color!
It is time to ship out of this beautiful country, time to say goodbye to Australia. We pack up compact with our Matador backpacks (check their top travel gear here: https://alnk.to/3TZbSFi ) and head to our next adventure!
Thank you for following along we are heading to new countries, new continents and new horizons!

Awesome ending to a awesome country full of some really great hosts. Can only hope for more great and safe travels on your next trek.
Great vid, there's something special about Uluru, the Olga's, we aren't spiritual people either but certainly felt it there! We found ourselves drawn back to the Rock numerous times,,,don't know why and the fact that we used to climb it feels just wrong now!
Happy travels
Thank you so much, Mathilde and Nick. Looking forward to seeing Asia through your eyes.
I can’t believe you have been in Australia for 9 months!
Good bye to the adventurous Frenchie couple. Still sorry I was unable to have you stay or meet up with you, but maybe one day our paths may actually cross in that way in time to come. Maybe in Zimbabwe?? Look forward to the next leg of your travels. Take care, travel safe and God Bless. H
you human slaves worship crucifixion crosses and consider them sacred because you believe that god's relatives ( jesus mohammad moses krishna buddha ) were murdered through crucifixion
so if god's relatives were murdered with wanksins would you be worshipping syringes and considering them sacred ?
Wonderful video! It's really hard to believe, Nick and Mathilde, that it's already been nine months since you arrived in Australia. Wow! What a blessing for you that you've met so many welcoming, generous folks along the way. By now Albo must be on its way across the waters. Looking forward to "news" from your adventures in New Zealand! 😊
I love your content better then most NG episodes. I'm confused your back in Argentina in 2024? Is that after Asia Africa tour?
All good things comes to a end.
Thank you to everyone who followed our journey in Australia!!! it continues to another continent. It is time to ship out. We pack up compact with our Matador backpacks (check their top travel gear here: https://alnk.to/3TZbSFi ) and head to our next adventure!
Thank you Nick & Mathilde for sharing your adventures around Australia, have enjoyed watching your travels, it makes you realise just how big Australia is!! Good luck for your future travels in NZ & South East Asia. Take Care 🙂
Really enjoyed the Australia series.. you showed Australia in a way few others have.
Now that you are going to Asia I would urge you to avoid India. That country is full of scammers and the ppl are there to scam u. Heavens forbid if any untoward incident happens even the authorities will look to scam you.. so avoid India. It's not worth it
Looking forward to the NZ series
👍Thanks Mathilde and Nick for sharing your journey thru Australia. Have a nice visit with Tom and and Jerry. Looking forward to your next adventure.💥 Happy New Year. 🥳Take care. n ca usa.🤯

Australia has been another excellent series from you. How perfect that you went to spend Christmas with Tom in New Zealand!
🙏🏿🙌🏿👊🏿
The colours of Uluru whilst raining are unreal. Purples with waterfalls are awesome, l lived in Yulara, so l could travel out when this happened. I have travelled through the valley of the winds in the Olga's and climbed Mt. Connor. Also travelled south of Mutigulu to the Musgrave Ranges and Amata.
Henbury Meteorites are just one part, further north of Alice Springs there is Boxhole Meteorite Crater. I rode my bicycle from Alice Springs to Darwin 😊.
Well done, your Aussie adventure completed. Actually made me a little sad seeing your LR going into the container as I know it along with you visited my part of Australia. I was 23 back in 1978, visited Uluru on a tour. Camped right near the base of rock, you could do that then as well as climb it. I ran up it and all over the top, big rock.I believe some seventy thousand people climbed it annually. It also rained when I was there, have photos of water streaming down making waterfalls. Look forward to more of your travels.

Bravo, quelle aventure! Ready for new places and stories!! Merci a vous deux 💞
Loved Australias landscapes, thx! For taking us with you. ❤❤
A very grand finale to Australia. Merci.
Thanks for the series guys, amongst the vast sea of content creators in Australia we find it most refreshing watching foreigners travel our beautiful country with a whole different perspective. If you make your way to Cambodia this year feel free to hit us up, we'd be happy to show you some absolute gems off the tourist trail.
We have a similar animal in the Southwest of the USA. The Horned Toad. Very cool.
All I can say is WOW, WOW, WOW !!! Well done, and Thank you. What a fantastic experience of many areas of Australia. We've seen many parts of it at different times on separate trips over the years, so really enjoyed the reminders of those places, and loved experiencing with you all the new places we hadn't been, especially in the NW and the across the center from South to North. You were fortunate to have such cooperative weather for that long stretch and for Uluru…that place is magical, even in the hot dry weather. Good luck to Albo on the high seas. Looking forward to seeing what your experiences in NZ, Timor and beyond. Thanks again !!
Rain in the desert is special.
Did you try the bush plums? They are good tukker
Because of you, Australia is now on the list of destinations. Thanks for Sharing !!!
