      Lucy, cool video! So MSC World Europa is a great ship, the app works super, specialty coffee is delightful, etc., that's all good…BUT, are you sure you're from the UK? 😀'Cuz Pizza and/or burgers 5 times in a week sounds more like us in the USA! Ha ha! 😀Although your daily trips to the tea room kinda' redeems your Britishness! Fair winds sweetie. P.S. Glad to know that this was a fun (and relaxing) vacation for you guys, and looking forward to seeing your vlog of adventures in port! (Brilliant that you got the invite to the "secret bar" / speakeasy…live music, drinks, and dancing…it looks like a super fun night!)

      I never understood why people say that MSC Cruise is a "controversial" cruise line. I think some people choose MSC because of the price (being a little lower than some of the other popular lines), and I always tell people not to do that. But they get on their MSC cruise expecting Disney or a more "luxury" holiday experience (at a lower price), so that likely gives rise to the wide range in disagreement about MSC Cruises. My family and I love MSC and have been cruising them exclusively for almost 10-years.
      Anyway, I'm so glad you guys had a great cruise. We have been cruising MSC since 2016 and cruised aboard World Europa last summer. My wife and I are in Virginia and can't wait for the World America to arrive in Miami summer 2025. It is going to be great to cruise aboard this ship design again right here in the Caribbean. And you're right about the Coffee Emporium and the tea house – neither of those spots should be missed.

      We went on world Europa in April. Thought the pool are and water slides best at sea. However the buffet as poor, lack of choice and same old food and rhe open boardwalk at back of ship was hardly used. The fish restaurant was always empty and chairs at the back of ship full of smokers. Dry slides way too slow as well. But its only a few negatives on a great ship.

      Looked a lot more adult Virgin Voyages like but presumably that is because you are outside the kids holidays. Still find it strange you can have a cruise without a drag queen 🙂

      come on, how long you worked on cruise ships and you don't know muster drill is just a scan of your card???? just like RC has done since covid??????
      and you also dont know msc you can join/leave their cruises at multiple days?? really

      Great video Lucy, in the past few months I have sailed twice with MSC, firstly the Virtuosa from Southampton, and secondly the Spendida from Genoa. This ship looks to be a step up again, I am enthralled by what I see and at some point in the future will love to give it a go. But, I want to visit places I have never visited before, like Croatia and Montenegro, I am looking for a great cruiseline / ship to take me that way. Unfortunately the MSC ships on this route are old & little, they lack the wow factor. (Also have that horrible shower curtain in the cabins, something I absolutely hate!) Any suggestions? Thanks!

      Can someone please explain to me why MSC is so controversial? I keep seeing people say that, but no one really explains why. I'm an American who has been considering booking a cruise on the World Europa but I feel like I'm missing something that should make me second guess.

      I think one of the things about this ship that works for it is that people are getting on and off all the time. So there isn't that mad rush of getting 1000's of people on in one go.

      Widerlich, wie die Menschen es bevorzugen, die Weltmeere und das Klima mit Glas und Chrom zu bekämpfen. Alleine dieser All inklusive Mist. Überall sind volle verlassene Teller. Keiner ist auf, weil es ja nichts extra kostet… Ein kranker Mist und nicht mehr als Dubai auf dem Wasser.
