Phantasialand: How A Theme Park Should Make You Feel
Phantasialand: How A Theme Park Should Make You Feel
Phantasialand is an incredible theme park, and in my opinion, is the gold standard for how a theme park should make its guests feel. Here is my video explaining why I believe this. Watch it or something.
Ya, the seasons pass thing sucks. I think it's done out of necessity as otherwise the small park would be slammed with people. I've been there at Wintertraum between Christmas and New Year's Eve and waiting upwards of an hour for my kids to ride the carousel is insane. All that being said, if you buy the tickets early enough you get a good discount – which is better than nothing.
If you visit again, under any circumstances go during winter season, taron at night feels like it's a completly different ride. You can't compare anything to taron at night
Chiapas and Talocan were unfortunatly closed during your trip, which are considered the best of their kind. Next time you come back, you probably will love this park even more. 🙂 Great review, are you going to rank all the parks you have been during your trip? Cheers.
I never pay more than €35 for a ticket. It's always worth checking for cheaper tickets in advance. The only downside is that you have to go on a certain date that you picked, maybe six months before. So you have to go on that date no matter what the weather is like. I suggest going to Wintertraum before the 21st of December, on a weekday. It's always pretty empty. All weekends and dates between the 21st of December and the first week of January are packed with people. Wintertraum is so beautiful and festive, you feel even more immersed in Klugheim when it starts to snow.
Phantasialand has this high walls with all this details because of noise issues. The park is very close to areas where the people live so the park has strict noise rules. Thats the reason for this fantastic high sound blocking theme walls. I really love this park and luckily it is an hour drive from my hometown 😊
I grew up near Phantasialand and I have to admit that I haven't been there in over 20 years. A lot of new rides as I can see. Gotta go there again some day
Love your videos and how passionate you are about theme parks 🙂 Phantasialand, Europa Park and Holiday Park are only 1-2,5 hours away from me so I visit them multiple times a year since I am little and they still don't lose their spark <3 Something magical about riding these rollercoasters and being in a completely different world for a while 🙂
If you ever go back to Germany for either Phantasialand or Europapark and need someone to drive you there i have a season pass for Europapark and Phantasialand Tickets are significantly Cheaper in advance since they do special offers pretty frequently. I am willing to Pick you up and drive you there if you'd like since I live right between those parks (2 hour drive to either) and i'd have an excuse to go to both parks again lol so hmu if you ever need a ride
I absolutely know what you mean. I got a chance to visit the park when Taron was still under construction. It is still one of my most memorable and favorite parks. One I hope to revisit.
I have been there a hundreds of times. It opend 1967. I was born 1967. I grew up with phantasialand and i saw all the changes there and it was always wonderful. Today it is dominated by thrill rides, which i love. And it will continiously changing… ❤

Best Theme Park in Europe <3

this ones always a good one, also nice to see you pronounce it properly XD

9:42 Wintertraum is absolutely an S++ Tier experience. Taron is a whole different beast in this environment.
I will probably go every year.
I CAN'T WAIT to go there myself!!

Wintertraum has some awesome and stunning outdoor shows (Laser, Fire, 3D Mappings, silent Firework and Lights perfectly matched to the music).
BUT: it's very crowded! It gives you a certain Weihnachtsmarkt feeling – which is not bad at all.
Nice review . But the background music is annoying al little bit
May I ask what is an approximate budget for such trip ?

It's a shame that they can't extend the Park! (not allowed to build around the park)
That's why they have demolished so many rides and replaced them with new ones in the last decades.
Chiapas has now been awarded as the best water ride in the world (just that ride, not the Park itself)
About the video: the music is too loud and too hectic, a bit quiter and more chill would be better. Besides that it was a great video!

Wintertraum is great for night rides👌🏻 and I totally agree: it’s sad they don’t sell season passes
Phantasialand really is amazing!
It's my favorite theme park.
Please dial back the music a little for the next video. It is so intense in this video, that it was hard for me to follow what you were saying
Just one question left….do you actually like Phantasialand? 😉😍
Cool video 👍 I'm so glad this is kinda my home park

I've been there once. I loved just standing at the bar in Klugheim and watching the trains fly by.
just move to the town Brühl and as a residential you get free entrance 365 days a year 😀
Welcome to Germany 🇩🇪
It’s my home Park! I love it every time!
seeing talocan down makes me sad, it's one of my favorite rides!
Phantasialand is certainly the best park for Germany. But no European park comes close to Disneyland Paris.
I love phantasialand, I really want to try the fly hotel, it looks like a great experience, love to see more video from you 👍👍👍

Same B roll footage over and over and saying the same things over and over

They had season passes…

I love Efteling more, it’s more a place where you forget there is a world outside off Efteling
If you happen to be around the area of Phantasialand, try to make a visit to the Efteling in the Netherlands. It's also a very decent theme park!
