I travelled extensively business class for past 30 years, I find on most destinations the Turkish airline boarding process haphazard, the staff cold and rude especially the ground staff and the service average. The upside of TK is that they travel to all major destinations in the world and their connection works well. Their lounge is always congested and you can not find sitting place. I was just in their lounge in Istanbul in may, June, October and November 2024, e.g. if you ask the meat guys to give you extra peace he will NOT because they were ordered to give 2 peaces of their small kebabs, they were rationing it it, if you come back ask again their facial gesture will make a greek jump from his grave, the shower area gets stagnant water when you take shower, the airline crew I asked them twice for milk on a flight as I had heart burn and I do not drink alcohol, the first time they were okay, the next time they said no because they run out of milk!! with a typical Turkish Coffee facial tone. The best is Qatar, Emirates, Thais, and Singapore air. The staff needs proper training on how to deal with human. My honest opinion they could improve allot but I did not see this happening at all over many years I flew with them. Staff training is important. I would agree that they are best airline in Europe but most European business class are in the bottom of ladder and barell in international ranking, so this ranking fits it if they want to stay where they are, or they could be the best in the world, as the world is not Europe any more

Do you People remember when Playstation 5 was out of stock everywhere , i couldn't find it in Europe neither online shops anywhere , like 2 years ago using Istanbul as a hub i was at the Aiport and saw a huge stockpile of Playstation 5's , i couldn't believe it , but then i saw the price , it was three times the retail price . Long story short if you are Rich you can get everything even stuff who is out of stock for a long time .
