Rocherfort-sur-Mer transport bridge return trip
Rochefort-sur-Mer has a historic transporter bridge goes over the river Charente. This time lapse is from the Martrou side to the town side. The bridge is historic and requires maintenance, so check on it’s opening schedule.
This is with the camera facing upstream.
They do guided tours, or just a regular trip across. It is a bus ride from the train station, or a 30-40 minute walk.
