This week, Tori and I explored the stunning Amalfi Coast, starting in Positano with dreamy ocean views and delicious vegan food. We took a boat to Capri, rode a ski lift to the island’s peak, went swimming, and did some shopping. After staying at a gorgeous Airbnb, we traveled to Pompeii to uncover its fascinating history. Finally, we headed to Rome, where we visited iconic landmarks like the Vatican, Colosseum, Pantheon, and Roman Forum. Of course, we found the best vegan food along the way.
