Driving in France: Autoroute A89 E70 & A71 E11 from Ussel to Clermont-Ferrand
In this video you can ride along on Autoroute A89 E70 & A71 E11 from Ussel to Clermon-Ferrand in South Central France. This 544-kilometer long Autoroute, also known as La Transeuropéenne, runs from Bordeaux in the West to Lyon in the East.
This scenic part of A89 featured in this video runs through a rather scarcely populated part of France. The historic city of Clermon-Ferrand is however a larger place on the route. The A89 and A71 autoroutes converge here for a short stretch until separating again East of Clermont-Ferrand.

Once you reach Clermont-Ferrand, you'll see both the A71 and A75 autoroutes end there, but their ends share the same carriageway since they both form European Route E11, making it an important route between Paris and the Gulf of Lyon.
