  1. WELL THE CLIMATE-CHANGER GOD-ROCK CAN TELL YOU THAT THE ATMOSPHERE SHIFTED BIG TIME WHEN YOU HAVE NORTH AND SOUTH POLES WARM AT THE SAME TIME THAT INDICATES THAT THE ATMOSPHERE HEATED UP AND SHIFTED
    THE CLIMATE-CHANGER GOD-ROCK KNOWS THAT

  2. I hope the researchers here generously sharing their work, their goals and methods, understand how interesting it is to us who are not professional geologists or paleontologists but who try to stay informed about Earth history, the course of evolution and the incredible revelations from deep time. Metazoan creatures appeared only half a billion years ago, but knowing that cellular life endured for over three billion years before that just stuns our comprehension, and evokes more questions about the meaning of existence, or any meaning we hope existence to have.
We need answers to these spectacular questions just to understand our unlikely emergence from such epic origins. Otherwise any sense of purpose in the future will elude us and we will be stumbling into oblivion without a map or compass, without a keel or rudder.
