This beautiful building was designed by Franjo Klein and built in 1878. The neo-Renaissance building features beautiful allegorical statues on the balcony. The top floor was added on in 1924.
It is one of four buildings that belong to Zagreb University’s Faculty of Law. All four were damaged in the 2020 earthquake. This building, located on the Republic of Croatia Square, has just recently undergone a remodeling. While the other buildings await their renovation, the classes have been taking place in 15 different locations around Zagreb.
