A Quick Walk Around Larnaca Town in January | Sunshine, Sales and roadworks !
Cyprus still gets tourists in the winter months but nowhere near the amount that visit at other times of year. Some towns in Cyprus have many bars, restaurants and hotels that close during the winter but Larnaca is an all year round destination and everything remains open for visitors and locals. The winter months are a great time to visit many of the sites around the town as it’s a much cooler temperature for walking around. The day I visited it was 20 degrees just to give you an idea of how warm it is. The evenings are cool but many bars and restaurants have outdoor seating area with heaters so you can still enjoy being outdoors in the evenings.
