Thank you for watching this special interview with our amazing tenant Nick π Watch his journey from the USA to Puglia, and his Visa Residency story πβ€
Any brits with stories out there?
What a wonderful interview with such a lovely man. You have a fabulous tenant and a very eloquent man right there, who explained things so clearly. David and I were just saying today that we are happy to pay a lawyer to help us through our residency/permesso processes, if it makes it simpler and clearer for us. It's worth it.
We are well ahead of things though, as we already have our Conad card LOL π€£ππ€£Thanks lovelies…that was fabulous π₯°ππππ
Great show and congratulations, Nick! Houston is our consulate too – arbitrary $ requirements for married couple. We've lived in Mexico 5 years and the consulate requirements were not uniform, so I'm also not surprised.
Yay love these episodes, bravi ππ₯°
Itβs Carlos and Alice Balli from Texas USA that was a fantastic interview with great updated info. We hope to make that move hopefully with Gods help at the end of this year or next year. Thanks for all you doβοΈ
Hi guys. Great conversation with Nick. I see that Galatone has a train station. Is there a good service to Lecce? And, what about buses? I ask because it's probable that I'd have to pass a driving test if I make the move, and do not want to be stuck in a place with poor public transport. Also, are there taxis? I'm British but I live in Bangkok and can apply for an ERV through the Italian Embassy here. I meet the passive income threshold, but I'd use a lawyer if I decide to make an application. A final thought. I wonder if the new income requirement for couples will cause a drop off in the number of ERV applications? Grazie mille π.
