Part 2 –
I explored Japan for 2 weeks with a few friends. We visited Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto and Nara. Ever since high school, I have wanted to travel to Japan and it didn’t disappoint me. Japan hosts a unique blend of tradition and modernity, and a dedication to nature and courtesy that is quite astonishing.
I wanted to share this experience with you through my Japan Travel Film series. Part 1 is about our first few days in Tokyo. Here are the places we covered:
Day 1: Meiji Shrine, Harajuku and Shinjuku (bar hopping)
Day 2: teamLab boderless, Robot Restaurant
Here are our food recommendations:
– Nakajima (specializes in sardines – I have never thought sardines could be super delicious)
– Ramen Isshin (no trip to Tokyo is complete without a trip here)
P.S: This is my first serious travel film and series. It’s been a great learning experience and a lot of fun trying to tell a story through a travel film.
