16 New Nightmare Travel Rules in 2021?
Video: 34 reasons to Date and Marry a Filipina ❤️

There’s no denying that pandemic has changed all of our worlds, beyond recognition.

Millions of jobs have gone, businesses worldwide have gone bust and as of the time of recording this video, very few industries have been decimated like travel.

The Ramifications for Expats Are Sobering Beyond Belief.
We’re Going to Look At Them In This Video.

With entire nations ordered to stay at home, travel companies and airlines have gone bankrupt, like a demented popcorn machine on steroids.

Hotels are now hospitals, and as for the cruise industry, It’s deader than a stone.

People everywhere are longing for things to ‘Get back to Normal.

And I’m sorry to be the bearer of unhappy tidings, but the truth is…

Things Are Never Going to Go Back to Normal.

This is especially true where travel, and especially international travel is concerned.

It’s going to look and operate very differently.

And for many expats, it will resemble their worst nightmare come true.

Here Are 16 Nightmare Changes I See Coming.
1. The Queue At Immigration Will Be Longer Than Ever Before.
Look at what’s already happening in places like China, Vietnam, Singapore, South Korea,
countries that look like they’re finally flattening the curve of their respective outbreaks,

Their #1 Worry Now Is New Infections Coming In From The Outside.
Korea is ordering all persons entering from the United States and Europe to isolate for two weeks, even if they test negative for COVID-19.

Those without a permanent residence are being sent directly to an isolation ward.
Manufacturers of heat cameras are seeing a spike in demand.
Even when lockdowns in Europe are over and people start to travel again, countries will test at the border.

If you thought the line at JFK immigration control in New York was a nightmare before,

Stop and consider what it’ll be like as you line up, take a swab test, and wait for the results.
2. Your Passport Won’t Be Enough.
Some countries will not even take the chance of testing at the border – especially if you’re coming from an outbreak hotspot.

Look what’s happening worldwide in regards to the USA.

Other countries are looking at what’s happening and collectively saying: “Nope! It’s just not worth the risk of letting those folks in!”
Unless you live outside of the USA, it’s hard to put into words how people react when
they see people spitting the dummy over something as simple and proven as wearing a Facemask.

And when you consider the results – can anyone seriously blame folks for not wanting tourists who won’t even follow basic safety rules?

#2. No ‘Certificate Of Vaccination’ No Travel.

Unless you can prove you’ve been vaccinated (once there are vaccines available), you won’t even be allowed to board a flight to most nations.

Wristbands with barcodes like those in the movie Contagion are a very real possibility.

Trust me, Big Brother is watching and like the Eye of Sauron, in Tolkien’s Lord of The Rings You Are In His Sights.
#3. Business Travel is Never Going to Bounce Back to Similar Levels.

Any business travel will need to be strictly validated as an economic activity, with companies tightening the numbers of employees who travel for them.

Don’t believe Me? Just stop and consider the Zoom App.

They have gone from 6 Million People in Daily Meetings to Over 30 Million Daily.

This has fundamentally changed the way people do business.

I have a lot of friends in the seminar industry who are seeing huge increases in sales, cash flow and profits as a result of moving to an online webinar model.

This is also saving them a fortune in hotel, insurance and travel fees.

And so far, not a single one of them have told me they’re heading back to the ways things were.
How does this impact you as an expat?

Think… Airlines and Hotels are going to have to get more money from less people.

#4. Travel Will Have Expensive And Less Expensive Seasons.
And I don’t mean the Christmas season.
A very influential paper from Imperial College London speculates that governments will need to turn lockdown measures on and off

on a seasonal basis, in order to keep demands on healthcare systems at a manageable level.
This means there will be windows of opportunity to travel that last only weeks or even days.

Even with airlines desperate to get airborne again, seats will be limited and we could see dramatic increases in pricing during those windows.

#5. The Risk Factor Will Dramatically Increase.

What risk? That of you visiting a foreign country and finding yourself on lockdown and unable to travel for months.

And then, even if you can travel, you might not be able to travel to your desired destination.

We just passed 150 Days on Lockdown.

#6. No Safe Bets. No Assurances.
This is why things won’t just ‘Return to Normal.’
