      For reasonably priced housing in the city center, I recommend Jangchung-dong, Hyehwa-dong, MyeongRyun-dong, Jongno-gu Seochon (Okin-dong, Nusan-dong etc..), and Wonseo-dong. They are all located in the city center within the old capital city walls, but there are many red brick buildings (called villas), and the owners are elderly, so the expected rent is not high.

Regarding taxes, Italy is terrible, so much bureaucracy and traps. The health system is increasingly in difficulty due to budget cuts by enlightened governments and treatment is practically free for everyone. I do not want to bore you… and I conclude… Taking a trip after learning of the death of a loved one, I think it is like being trapped in time and space. An infinite time to think about her, an infinite time to try not to think about her…
