Good morning. It’s Sheila! What a perfect video you posted for us😂😂 We leave Tuesday to see our property finished for the first time! We will be furnishing on this trip. We perchased spring 2023 but we had two closings 60 days apart as it was listed as historic property and the commune had 60 days to match our offer if they wished! Talk about nerve wracking ! Thankful for Davide who closed twice remotely for us then handled all the refurbishing. We hope we can meet up with you guys for all the refurbishment. We are there then home then back in the fall so hope we can meet up for a coffee in Sept. excited beyond words! Just waiting in our fur baby’s final paperwork to come tomorrow then we leave !

I really enjoyed your video. My wife and I have been looking at property and plan to buy a home and move to Italy in the next few years. We are considering Puglia or Abruzzo for our home.
