SHOCKED you don't have Poland in this!!! There's talk Poland will surpass Britain economically by 2030. Sure, it's got more corruption issues to deal with, but their economy is going great. Might want to make it 8 instead of 7.
Not really serious. Switzerland, Poland not in the top list. Bulgaria is a failed state with high level of corruption. I think they focus too much on low tax rate juridictions.
