Reminds me of my trip to Tokyo Japan. Brings back memories when I went through Narita Airport. I flew with United Airline departing from my home city Toronto, Canada with my connection to Chicago, and then flew with Japan Airline on wards.
For a 14yr old 787 plane it was in Excellent condition, well taken care of. Crew & experience seemed lovely. Thanks Josh

you should try Zipair. I LOVE Zipair. i have flown with Zipair from Singapore 3 times since japan reopened its borders in 2022 and i will taking zipair next month for the cherry blossoms.
2:41 I remember visiting Seoul in 2018—such a memorable experience! They called my name, and it was both scary and embarrassing. Turns out, I had packed my power bank in my suitcase, but their regulations required it to be in my backpack. Lesson learned! 😅

My mom hates it. They wouldn't let her check in even though she was pn time. They kept on talking and talking delaying my moms checkin. She ended up having to fly vietjet

For my last flight, I would have booked Scoot into Tokyo from Singapore due to it being one of the cheaper options, but searching for any cheaper flights, I was recommended to try Air Japan instead. The seat space is definitely one of the first things you would notice. Then you start noticing how much cleaner the airplane itself. Then you realise how practical the trays are in front of you while seating. Not sure if the prices are going to creep up compared to Scoot the next time I'm going to Tokyo (most likely I would go for Peach if I'm flying into Osaka otherwise), but Air Japan is a great experience, even compared to some regular economy flights.
Even though all of Air Japan's 787 are inherited from their parent airline, ANA (Including the one you flew which is the first 787 delivered, registered JA801A), It seems that they take a good care of them too.
I'll also be flying with them on April!
