This is a corner shop, the equivalent of a New York bodega/convenience store.
Most of the stuff you bought was foreign haha.
The reason chocolate tastes better in the uk compared to america is because the legal minimum cocoa solids % is much higher. Infact Hershys isnt able to be sold as chocolate and is rather sold as chocolate flavoured as it doesnt meet the minimum required % of cocoa solids.

Love the content Esfand. If you get the chance to eat British snacks again, I recommend any of the Scottish snack companies. Everything Tunnock's makes (but the caramel wafer bars especially) and Barr's Irn Bru and Cream Soda is essential. Also UK Fanta and Lemonade are very different to US versions. And the cola is probably closer to Mexican coke because we use sugar in all the drinks.
