In February, I took a leap of faith and bought a house for less than 5000 Euros. Consider this your official invite to share the experience, the first time viewing the property
All I really knew about the property is that it has a good sized land and needs a full renovation. The agent sent me some pictures and a recent video, but I had no idea whether it would be salvageable, or if it would need knocking down completely.

Did you buy house without seeing it? Did you see it first time today? But you couldn't camp there due to cold so you got hotel in stara Zagora. Then you brought camping gear to live in your house? What will first renovation be e.g. clear the garden?
